For truck and tractor unit harnesses, insulation, temperature resistance and mechanical strength are defined by standards such as ISO 6722, ISO 14572, SAE J1128 and LV 112. IPC/WHMA-A-620 guides assembly quality and ISO 16750 covers environmental conditions, while materials are selected with RoHS in mind.

We run every step in house, from wire marking and cutting through crimping and connector assembly, and test each harness electrically before shipment.
