Wiring harness production to drawing for commercial vehicles.

For commercial vehicle harnesses we start by defining the cable grouping layout, cable types and connection points the customer requires. Once the design and the bill of materials are complete, cutting and marking, routing and grouping, crimping and connector assembly follow in order.

Before shipment the harnesses are tested for electrical continuity, insulation resistance and connection reliability, checked pin to pin, then packed and dispatched.
