Battery and Power Transmission

High-current battery and power transmission cables for starting, power distribution and electric vehicle systems.

Battery and power cables carry energy between the battery, starter, alternator and other high-power components. Large-section copper or aluminium conductors are used so they can carry high current, while fine-stranded copper keeps them flexible for assembly and voltage drop low.

Insulation materials such as silicone, XLPE or PVC are chosen for resistance to heat and aggressive substances. After production the cables are tested for continuity and resistance, thermal endurance, mechanical strength (bending, pull, impact) and environmental resistance, then fitted with the right cable lugs and connectors.
